We do offer Expedited Shipping which would take 2 days for the device to reach you, Charges for the shipping are to be borne by the buyer is 35.00 $s per device. If we are able to ship two devices in the parcel the cost would remain the same. If the size of the parcel changes then additional charges will occur.

We do not ship international in case the item is being sent outside via freight forwarding company or some other source we would not be responsible to provide a return label. In case you want to send a device to a friend or family member outside we would request you to check the item before sending it across.

Steps for Returning an Item
To return an item for a refund, replacement, or exchange:
1. Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.
2. Select the reason for the return. Depending on the seller’s return policy, we may put you in touch with the seller directly.
3. If photos of the item would be helpful for documenting the condition of the item you bought and received, you can upload photos. Both eBay Customer Service and the seller can see them. You can upload as many as 10 photos (PNG, JPEG, BMP, or GIF; max size 5MB). You can add photos until the return process is closed. Uploaded photos can be removed only by contacting Customer Service.
4. Depending on the seller’s return policy, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and packing slip. Alternatively, we may ask you to wait for the seller to reach out to provide next steps for the return, such as in cases of oversized or heavy items or when sending an item back to a seller located in another country. The seller may also provide you their own return shipping label.
5. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and send the item back to the seller. You must return the item within 5 business days of requesting the return. It’s a good practice to include tracking information when returning an item.
6. If an eBay-generated shipping label is used, you can track the status of the returned item in the Purchase history section of My eBay. Find the returned item and click View return details from the More actions drop-down menu.
7. If the seller has provided their own label, such as including a label in the original shipment, you can track the status of the returned item in the Purchase history section of My eBay. Find the returned item and click View return details from the More actions drop-down menu. If the seller does not provide you a label through eBay and you return an item through an alternative shipping method, you should make sure that tracking is included in case eBay needs to step in to review the progress of your return.
8. The seller refunds you within 6 business days of receiving the returned item. If you’re requesting a new item as part of a replacement or exchange, you have 5 business days to ship the original item back to the seller once you agree to a replacement or exchange. Once the original item is shipped back, the seller will ship the new item to you within 5 business days.
The replacement for an article is done within 24 hrs once it is received by us unless eBay has advised us otherwise.
The refund for the article is done within 48 – 72 hrs once it has been received by us.
